| Paul Brantley is a widely performed composer, cellist and conductor who has worked with a wide array of musicians in and over the worlds of classical, experimental, jazz, and pop music. In recent years he has formed a relationship with Béla Fleck and the Flecktones, playing on their recent "Little Worlds" CD as well as all their up-coming solo projects including his work as a repertoire consultant on Béla's Grammy Award winning album, "Perpetual Motion". In particular he has worked very closely with Roy-el as composer, arranger, and producer on a wide range of projects. Paul's music is published by Oxford University Press. He teaches at the Manhattan School of Music in New York City. |
